Computers

I want a better layout for my blog but I am apparently not smart enough to figure it out. Some people have really cool layouts for their blogs but I tried and I lost some things and now I think it looks less cool then before. I am so glad that I am trying this out before we get our referral. I think I would toss the computer at the wall if I were anxious to share our good news with people and I could not figure things out. It is bad enough when I don’t really have much to say and I can’t seem to get it. So I hope, in the years it is going to take us, that I can figure it out. Please bear with me if the blog goes though some changes in the next week or so. Hopefully I can get it with out losing anything, including my sanity. Ok, so I thought adding a image or two to this post would help get my point across so I found a couple I liked and added them about a thousand times. No, I did not try to ad them a thousand times they just down loaded in duplicate a thousand times, Ugggggg! Finally I think I am down to just one and I am going to call it good before I really get frustrated.

I also have that problem with trying to figure out the blog method.

Can anybody tell me why we have to write those goofy letters each time we want to post a comment? There must be a good reason for it.

It's a security feature that prevents a computer (robot) from posting advertisement on blogs and annoying people. The goofy images are just a picture or graphic of the letters and computers cannot generally interpret pictures. So there you go. It saves all of us from having to wade through spam.

Hi Cora,

Let me know if I could help you out with your blog by creating a custom header graphic for you.

Bless your heart for starting this adoption process knowing how long this wait has been. When we started back in August 05 we thought we were only in for a 6-8 month wait, but we actually just passed out 20 month mark!

If it makes you feel better though, it certainly doesn't feel like that long...the time really has gone by quickly. I've met some really great people during this wait and I wouldn't trade that for the world!

Hi Donna,

Thanks for the offer for help with the header. I am going to keep trying but I may take you up on it later.
It really amazes me the people that you meet. I can't imagine going through this process without the internet!

Cora
